Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion is valid for all customers who purchase the selected Bifesta product(s) during the promotion period.
  2. Gift redemption is open to all residing with a Singapore address only from 01 Apr – 31 May 2026.
  3. To redeem, participants are to upload proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, product(s) purchased, retailer name and receipt number. Photocopies or reprinted receipts are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
  4. Incomplete, late or fraudulent submissions will be deemed invalid.
  5. Each participant is entitled to one (1) redemption per person only.
  6. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  7. Gifts will be sent via mail to the address provided within 2 – 4 weeks from successful verification. Mandom Corporate Singapore Pte Ltd will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail.
  8. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  9. Mandom Corporate Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.
  10. Mandom Corporate Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify all submissions and to request further information if necessary.
  11. Mandom Corporate Singapore Pte Ltd ‘s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  12. By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of personal data solely for redemption and fulfilment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  13. Bifesta purchases made online via authorised retailers in Singapore, or at the following locations mentioned below and during the specified periods, are not eligible for Asamimichan gift mailing redemption via this website, as redemptions have already been fulfilled by in-store promoters or included with online purchases:
